Professor Kathie Sweeten is the Psychology advisor. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her M.A. in community/clinical psychology and her Psy.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis on child and family therapy. Her specialty is neurodevelopmental disorders and has spent the entirety of her career working with individuals on the autism spectrum. She has a private practice and teaches multiple courses in psychology. Dr. Sweeten enjoys bringing psychology to life for her students by connecting her experience in the field to in class learning.
